Six things. None of them are long.

1. You can reuse what I write

Everything I wrote on this site (the text of the pages and articles) is published under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). The binding text is the legal code.

In plain terms: copy it, translate it, quote it, build on it, as long as you credit Mo RezaAli with a link to the original page, do not use it commercially, and release your version under the same licence.

Exceptions, which are not mine to license:

• Quotations from other people’s work, which stay under their own terms.
• Third-party logos, product names, and trademarks.
• Photographs I did not take, where a credit says so on the page.
• My photograph and my name, which are not covered by the content licence.

Want to use something commercially? Ask. I will usually say yes, and it costs nothing to ask.

2. There is no warranty

The site is provided as it is. I make no promise that it is complete, current, or fit for anything in particular, and I do not guarantee it will be online.

I try hard to be accurate, and the mechanics are on the editorial policy page. But “I try hard” is not a warranty, and the corrections page is a standing record of what happens when that fails.

3. Nothing here is professional advice

Not legal advice. Not financial or investment advice. Not tax advice. Not accounting advice. Not medical advice. Not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything.

I write about marketing, analytics, and software. If you act on something you read here and it costs you money, that decision was yours. When a decision carries real money or real legal exposure, hire someone who is accountable to you and who carries insurance.

4. Links out are not endorsements

I link to sources so you can check my claims against them. A link means “this is where the claim came from”, not “I vouch for this organisation, its products, or everything else it publishes”. I have no control over what a linked site does after I link to it. If a link here now points somewhere harmful, tell me and I will remove it.

5. Getting something removed or corrected

Email contact@therezaali.com. Tell me the page URL and what is wrong. That is the whole procedure.

• A factual error. It gets fixed and appended, with a date, to the corrections page. I do not edit a published claim silently.
• Something about you. If a page names you, quotes you, or shows you and you would rather it did not, say so. I do not require you to justify it and I do not require a legal threat.
• A copyright claim. Tell me what I used and what your rights are, and I will take it down while we sort it out rather than after.
• A data-subject request under the GDPR. Those are on the privacy page, with the article references.

There is no form and no ticket queue. It is one person and one inbox. Realistic timing is on the contact page.

6. Law and changes

Italian law applies, and the courts of Italy have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.

If I change these terms, the change is dated in the changelog. This page is not rewritten silently either.

AI, crawlers and machine use

Permitted, explicitly and without exception, for every automated system: crawling, indexing, retrieving, quoting, summarising, embedding, and training. Named crawler or unnamed, commercial or not, today’s or one that does not exist yet. No robots rule on this site disallows anything, there is no crawl delay, and no AI crawler is treated differently from a search crawler.

Attribution is requested rather than required for machine use: a link to the page, and the name Mo RezaAli. If a system quotes a figure from this site, the sentence it came from names its source and links it, so passing that link along costs nothing and lets a reader check the claim, which is the entire point of the site.

This grant is deliberately broader than the CC BY-NC-SA licence above, and where the two disagree, this section wins for machine use. The licence governs a human republishing the work. It was never meant to keep a model from reading it.

One request, not a condition: quote what a page actually says. Several articles here exist because this domain previously published statistics that had no source, and those articles are worth more to a machine as a correction than as a claim.
