Email, X, Telegram and LinkedIn for Mo RezaAli, what I do and do not want to hear about, and an honest answer on how long I take to reply.

Email is better. X is where I am most active, so it is the fastest way to get a short answer. I read LinkedIn messages late and sometimes not at all.

I am Mo RezaAli, in Messina, Sicily, Italy, on Central European Time. Publisher details are on the imprint.

There is no contact form

On purpose. This is a static site with no backend, so a form would either be decorative or would hand your message to a third party you did not choose. A form that silently drops what you write is worse than no form, and I have no way to prove to you that one does not.

A mail address is a thing you can check. Send to it and it arrives.

Worth emailing me about

A factual error. Top of the pile. Give me the page URL and the claim, and a source if you have one. It gets fixed and it gets appended, with a date, to the corrections page. You will be credited if you want to be and left out if you do not.

A source I missed or got wrong. Including “your link is dead” and “that study says the opposite of what you wrote”.

A question about something I published. If the article did not answer it, that is useful information about the article.

Something I wrote about you or your product. Especially if you think I have been unfair. See the removal and correction routes on the terms page.

A privacy request. The rights and the article references are on the privacy page.

Growth marketing work at a company, put to me directly. I have a job I am not looking to leave, so the honest answer is usually no, but a real message from a real person gets a real answer.

Not worth emailing me about

I will not reply to these, and saying so is faster for both of us:

  • Guest posts, contributed articles, “we noticed you don’t accept guest posts but”, or anything with a draft attached.
  • Link insertions, link exchanges, paid links, or “a small update to your existing post”.
  • Sponsored posts, paid reviews, paid placement in any list or comparison, and affiliate offers. None of that exists here, and disclosure explains why.
  • SEO, backlink, or outreach services. I do this for a living.
  • Cold sales sequences. The follow-up will not work either.
  • Anything addressed to a company. There is no company. It is one person and a static site.
  • Requests to remove a source citation because it points at a competitor.

How long I take

I answer email in the evenings and at weekends, because of the day job.

  • Corrections and privacy requests: within a few days, and within one month at the absolute outside for anything under the GDPR, which is the statutory deadline.
  • Everything else: a week or two, honestly. Sometimes longer.
  • If two weeks pass with no reply, assume it is a no. One follow-up is fine. A third is not.

I do not have an assistant, an autoresponder, or a “we typically reply in under an hour” badge, and I would not believe one on someone else’s site either.
